1. Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
